Perian, our 2-bedroom home design, offers large southern-facing glazing, an open concept kitchen and living room, two cozy bedrooms on the northern side, and two full baths.  Choose between a gable roof or a low sloped roof, or take out the outdoor fireplace for our simplest “petite” design.

Calina

Calina, our three bedroom design, offers a similar aesthetic to our Perian models, but with the benefit of a little more elbow room for growing families, that extra guest bedroom, or a work from home office.  Calina design options include a low slope roof for a more contemporary look, a gable roof for something more traditional, or a high shed roof for something more at home in the mountains.

Asta

Asta, our four bedroom home design, opens things up to a second floor and offers flexibility with a den or office space at the second level, with the option to keep things open to below.  Suitable for aging in place with the master bedroom suite on the ground floor, Asta achieves a compact form while adding that much needed mud room at the back entrance.
