Panel production starts with material ordering and finishes with panel storage, incorporating a number of inputs from our 3D modeling software, specialized tools for building, insulating, & wrapping panels efficiently, and quality control checks throughout the process.  Safety is of utmost priority, with daily safety meetings starting each day of production.  Stations are provided for workers to handle cutting, framing, insulating, airtightness, and rainscreen stages, with rolling framing tables and overhead cranes facilitating the movement of panels through the process.
