We commonly use mass timber elements that are crucial to the installation of the structural shell of the building.  Most frequently used elements include glulam beams and LVL beams, but cross-laminated timber (CLT), nail-laminated timber (NLT), and dowel-laminated timber (DLT) panels are also possibilities.  Where possible, we make precision cuts to these elements in order to ensure efficient, clean, and effective installation on site.
