Other structural elements include cantilevered floors, pre-cut structural posts and beams, metal clips and brackets, or other elements required by the structural engineer.  These elements are always incorporated into the 3D design and when possible, modified and prepared in the shop before delivery to site.  Care is always taken to minimize thermal bridging, maximize beauty and aesthetics, and optimize the use of wood or wood-based materials.

We also often manufacture wall, roof, and floor panels for garages and other structures not held to the same insulation performance requirements as a main building.  These are designed per client needs.
