We commonly use mass timber elements that are crucial to the installation of the structural shell of the building.  Most frequently used elements include glulam and LVL post and beams, but cross-laminated timber (CLT), nail-laminated timber (NLT), and dowel-laminated timber (DLT) panels are also possibilities.  Where possible, we make precision cuts to these elements in the shop environment in order to ensure efficient, clean, and effective installation on site.
