The Sugar Cube House is a premier example of responsible urban densification.  The owners sought to build on a portion of their existing property, looking to downsize their living space while building to the highest comfort and performance standards possible.  This is why they chose Waymark Architecture to guide them in creating a fun but compact design that would get built quickly and efficiently with minimal neighborhood disturbance.
