Preorder

The Preorder is our intake process for collecting information about your project and providing a preliminary cost estimation for your base cost (panels, windows & doors, installed), your estimated foundation, services, and finishes costs (hired locally), and a total estimated build cost.  The preorder is non-binding and doesn’t cost a thing, but gets you into our queue to become one of the first owners of a Collective Home.  And don’t worry, you can change your mind throughout our design review process once you or your contractor has reviewed and signed a final preliminary quote and placed your first deposit payment.
